North Cyprus Climate
Everyone dreams of living in a year round sunny climate and with over 320 days of sunshine a year, North Cyprus offers just that. The Eastern Mediterranean climate is perfect for those wanting to spend a winter in the sun; in fact Cyprus appears in the BBC’s Top 20 Winter Sun Spots.

Winter Sun
The average temperature from November to March in North Cyprus ranges from 16⁰C to 23⁰C, so you can be sure to beat the English winter blues and relax knowing that, in all probability, tomorrow will be sunny too.
This is the best time of the year to explore North Cyprus and visit one of the many castles or historical monuments or wander around the back street markets in the ancient city of Nicosia.
If you are looking to buy a property in North Cyprus then this is a great time to come on a Cyprop Inspection Trip.
Beautiful Springtime

In the Spring, the fields and hedgerows are full of wild flowers. Olive and carob trees thrive in the countryside whilst cultivated fruits such as orange, lemon and grapefruit blossom in their groves. If you love nature, come in the spring and view North Cyprus at its most beautiful. Temperatures in April and May reach a very warm 27⁰C.
In the Summertime
By June it’s beginning to get towards the summer heat; the days are long, hot and sunny and ideal for the beach or to relax by the pool in your Cyprop Northern Cyprus home. Temperatures in July and August reach 35⁰C to 40⁰C.
By mid-summer, the sea temperature reaches a bath-like 28⁰C and you can swim in the sea right through to the end of October.
Autumn gold

For those of us living in North Cyprus, September and October are undoubtedly the most enjoyable months of the year; the strong summer sun has lost its edge and the nights are balmy and pleasant: just right for sitting on the terrace with friends and talking late into the night.
The Autumn harvest brings sweet figs, juicy Jaffa oranges.... tangerines, pomegranates, lemons, limes, almonds......the list is almost endless and you can grow them all in your own garden with minimal effort.

Autumn is also the start of the golf season at the Championship standard Korenium Golf Club. This magnificent course offers stunning views of the Mediterranean on one side and breath-taking views of the famous Besparmak (5 finger) Mountain on the other.
North Cyprus really is an Island for all seasons; why not come out on a Cyprop Inspection Trip and see for yourself?
