Summer
: Monday 7:30am to 2pm then 3.30pm to 6pm
Tuesday to Friday 7:30am to 2.30pm
Winter : Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm then 2pm to 5pm
Shops and businesses opening hours are normally 8am to 7pm. However, in the summer shops may close from 1pm to 4pm and then open again until 8pm.

Information on Northern Cyprus’ Religious and Public Holidays
In North Cyprus a religious holiday is known as a Bairam. Ramazan Bairam is for 3 days and Kurban Bairam is for 4 days. The dates of these vary from year to year.

- 1 May – Labour Day
- 19 May – Youth and Sport Day
- 20 July – Peace and Freedom Day
- 30 August – Victory Day
- 29 October – Turkish Rupublic Day
- 15 November – North Cyprus Republic Day
International schools will close for Christmas Day but otherwise no other business or organisation will close for Christmas.
